YAKIMA Yakima Valley Libraries is working on a redesign of its website and it wants patron input.
“We want the new website to be user-friendly and relevant to our community, so we’re asking patrons and residents to participate in a brief user survey to share opinions about our current website, and suggestions for the new one,” the library’s information technology manager Melissa Vickers said.
She said feedback is anonymous, unless a respondent chooses to provide contact information to be considered for participation in an in-person focus group.
The survey is now available on the Library website, www.yvl.org and will be accessible until July 14.
To access, click on “Website User Survey” located on the left side of the screen, and complete the questionnaire.
