OLDER AMERICAN NUTRITION PROGRAM

Monday, November 14 – Sheppard’s pie, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, warm cinnamon applesauce, coffee, tea or milk.

Tuesday November 15 – Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, coleslaw, grapes, coffee, tea or milk.

Wednesday, November 16 – NO MEALS AT THIS LOCATION.

Thursday, November 17 – Baked cod with lemon, butter sauce, roasted potatoes, Oriental blend vegetables, pineapple, coffee, tea or milk.

Friday, November 18 – Ground beef and vegetable lasagna, steamed broccoli, bananas, coffee, tea or milk.
