Consider resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a Consultant Agreement with Huibregtse, Louman Associates, Inc. for the Yakima Valley Highway Arterial Preservation Project (TIB).

I. Street Closure Request
Approve St. Joseph Parish street closure request and event needs for the St. Joseph’s Spring Festival May 31 through June 1, 2014.
