Claude L. Roberson, 65, of Bickleton passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, with his family by his side.
Claude was born Dec. 7, 1948 in Pasco. He was raised in Cleveland and lived with grandparents, Daniel and Emma Schrantz.
He attended Bickleton High School.
His served in the U.S. Marines, where he spent time on the Island of Guam.
He worked for the City of Entiat in the Parks Division for many years and was a volunteer EMT.
Claude is survived by his wife, Pamela; four daughters, Tory, Wendi, Marie and Anna; seven grandchildren. They were the light of his life. He is also survived by four brothers, Melvin (Linda) Roberson, Cleo (Barbara) Roberson, Wayne (Debbie) Roberson and Carl (Jeri) Roberson; two sisters, Louise (Robert) Barnes and Wanda (Ron) Ethridge; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He loved them all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Lucille Roberson.
Claude will be remembered for wearing his black cowboy hat and vest no matter the weather.
There will be a celebration of Claude’s life on Saturday, March 29, 2014, at his brother Cleo’s home. Family and friends are invited.
