TOPPENISH - To qualify for the Dean's List at Heritage University students must be enrolled on a full-time basis and they must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5.
Several Lower Valley students met that criteria and were recently named to the fall 2012 Dean's List.
The students from Sunnyside listed to the honor roll include Chelsea Durfey, Daniel Licona, Fernando Ornelas, Guadalupe Martinez, Lisa Golding, Michelle Cisneros, Mitzie Herrera, Rosa Picazo, Tabith Chambers, Victoria Ramos and Zachary Carcagno.
Juan Mendoza of Outlook was also named to the honor roll for the fall 2012 quarter.
Two Mabton students were named, including Yolanda Arellano and Hilda Ramirez.
From Grandview there were 20 students named to the honor roll. They are Edward Acosta, Maximilliam Becker, Jasmine Contreras, Jana Fortune, Noe Gonzalez, Olga Gonzalez, Blanca Granados, Maricela Ibarra, Olivia Marquez, Marcus Morales, Alyssa Munoz, Kendra Ott, Rocio Perez, Hannelee Phillips, Alicia Prieto, Vicky Ramirez, Cristal Razo, Juilo Trevino, Kayla Vance and Olivia Velasquez.
There were six students from Granger included on the Dean's List. They include Maria Castro, Daisy Lopez, Aaron Nott, Dalia Romero, Bianca Roscom and Jeanna Stoops.
From Prosser, Melissa McCullough, Wendy Meirndorf, Cheriese Moon and Timothy Stewart also earned the necessary grades to be included on the Dean's List at Heritage University.
