Sunnyside's Promise would like to thank the following businesses and community members who supported our very successful community haunted house: Tire Factory, Bi-Rite Lumber, Grandview Lumber, Sunnyside Ace Hardware, Alex's Barber Shop, TV Towne, Sunnyside Music Store, Rent A Center, Colortyme, One Stop Car Audio, Del's Feed, St. Joseph's Church, Shirley Swofford, Darigold/Dairy Fair, Sears, the Pat and Harlan Halma family, Domino's, the John and Nora Salazar family and Puterbaugh Farms.
With their generosity we were able to transform the Sunnyside Community Center into a haunted house. You make our community a great place to live and enjoy.
We could not have done this without our great staff at the community center and our amazing volunteers. Thank you to our many volunteers who helped with the construction, tickets, make-up and food.
A special thank you to Police Chief Ed Radder, Officer Scott Orate and the Sunnyside Police Explorers for their countless hours. You made great actors and definitely spooked our visitors.
To Mark Van Hollebeke, words cannot express our gratitude for you helping out with props. You are definitely the Halloween master.
Thank you to all who came to visit our house of horror and showed your support. As we continue to look for ways we can engage our youth and community you helped us achieve a wonderful community activity.
